The rates mentioned on the booking engine are always per apartment per night, including a local tax and 10% VAT.

Extra bed supplement: 500 CZK, children to 2 years free of charge 

Pet stay on request. Special supplement: 1 000 CZK 

BB Prachatice requires credit card details or advance payment of 50% of the price in order to guarantee your reservation. When the advance payment is paid, the guest will receive a proof of payment by email. We suggest everyone to check the details.

Cancellations must be requested until 2 p.m. 7 days prior to the hotel reservation date of arrival. In case of later cancellations will be charged a penalty equivalent to the 50% of the full rate and taxes, per apartment. The hotel will retain your room reservation up to 7:00 hours on the day after your planned arrival. In case of No-Shows will be charged a penalty equivalent to the 100% of the full rate and taxes.
